Nature's Awesome Effects Show
Wednesday, 10 December 2008

Taken during the eruption of the Chaiten volcano in Chile during a thunderstorm last May 2008.

I forget the physics behind the concentration of the lightning in the volcanic ash.  Can anyone explain?

Best. Photo. Ever.

Shirts! Geekerie! Shirts!
Sunday, 30 November 2008
Macy and I used to go "Oh, wouldn't it be nice if there were shirts like this or that that had so and so on it?"  For some strange reason there weren't.  Eventually we got sick of wishing and hoping and finally we decided to come up with a shirt line that the both of us (and hopefully some of you guys out there) would love to wear.

So we came up with Geekerie.  Stuff you're crazy about and are itching to proclaim to the world.  That sort of thing.  Plus it's almost Christmas so it's the perfect time to have a whole new bunch of shirts heh heh.

Here are the shirts we're selling so far:

1. Rock-Paper-Scissors-Lizard-Spock

2. The Blue Screen of Death (Windows)

3. The Anti-Life Equation
(yep, for you DC Comics fans out there!)

4.  Guitar Heroes
(for musicians who suck at Guitar Hero heh heh)

5.  Guitar Player
(for those expert Guitar Hero wizards hehe)

6.  RETCON
(because there really is no excuse)

Visit our multiply site  http://geekerie.multiply.com for more details!  We will be coming up with more shirts soon :)

Heeere's Johnnyyyy!!!
Wednesday, 19 November 2008

Weell okay not really.  But the site is!  And it's in a new home.  Thanks to Webspace.ph for providing me a juicy offer I couldn't resist. And everything's been good so far.  Don't get me wrong, Mobilehive has been an efficient webhost too, and I still recommend it to my clients--it all depends on the budget, really.

But Johnny's here!  And so is Stompworks v. 5.something :p
